Please be advised there is a Town Council Policy & Ordinance Review Subcommittee Special Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 7:00 a.m. in the Town Manager's Conference Room located at Town Hall, 2155 Main Street, Glastonbury, CT. The purposes of this meeting are:
- Discussion and review of a proposed Ordinance Concerning Additional Property Tax Exemption for Machinery Exclusively Used in Farming and proposed amendments to Town Code Article I, Section 18-8, Property Tax Exemption for Buildings Used in Farming
- Discussion and review of proposed amendments to Town Code, Chapter 2, Artice XII, Youth and Family Resources Commission
- Discussion and review of proposed Affordable Housing Trust Fund Ordinance
