Parks and Recreation Fun Finder!
The Parks and Recreation Fun Finder application helps citizens locate all the Town of Glastonbury parks, fields, facilities, and trails. Simply enter the address or click on the map to get more locations. You can search by park, field, or facility name in the search box or filter desired amenities/activities.
The application also allows users to view hiking and walking trails on their PC, tablets, or smartphone. It includes trail facts, Passport to Parks locations, Poetry in the Parks locations, downloadable maps, the ability to create your own trail map, create an elevation profile and a “find my location” tool to use when you’re out on a trail.

The Academy building houses Town Hall offices, including Parks and Recreation, Information Technology, Facilities, and Probate Court.
The Academy facility is also home to the Teen Center, a gym for Gymnastics, and multi-purpose rooms, and the property campus offers a softball and Skate Park.
It is located on Main Street, behind the main Town Hall building. The Academy building's hours of operations are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Directions
Route 2 East to Exit 6 (Hebron Avenue). At end of exit take a right onto Hebron Avenue. Follow Hebron Avenue to intersection with Main Street. At stop sign take a left onto Main Street. Go about ½ mile down Main Street and take a right into the Town Hall driveway at 2155 Main Street (just past First Church). Drive to the end of the parking lot to Academy Field.
Route 2 West take Exit 6 (Hebron Avenue). At end of exit take a right and an immediate left at the light onto Hebron Avenue. Then follow above directions (except you would be on Hebron Avenue about 1 mile).
