Parks and Recreation Fun Finder!

The Parks and Recreation Fun Finder application helps citizens locate all the Town of Glastonbury parks, fields, facilities, and trails. Simply enter the address or click on the map to get more locations. You can search by park, field, or facility name in the search box or filter desired amenities/activities.

The application also allows users to view hiking and walking trails on their PC, tablets, or smartphone. It includes trail facts, Passport to Parks locations, Poetry in the Parks locations, downloadable maps, the ability to create your own trail map, create an elevation profile and a “find my location” tool to use when you’re out on a trail.

Riverfront Park featuring numerous amenities, waterfront activities, and stunning views of the Connecticut River. Take time to enjoy a picnic in the pavilion or enjoy a waterfront stroll down the boardwalk. The park is within walking distance of Main Street and the town's central business district, and directly next to the Riverfront Community Center.

Directions
Route 2 East to Exit 6. Take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Hebron Avenue. Follow Hebron Avenue to the intersection with Main Street. Take a right onto Main Street. At next light take a left onto Welles Street. Riverfront Park is down Welles Street on your left.

From Route 2 West take Exit 6. At end of exit take a right and an immediate left at the light onto Hebron Avenue. Then follow the above directions.
