SEWER USE BILLS DUE AND PAYABLE

TOWN OF GLASTONBURY TAXPAYERS

 

Sewer Use Bills (mailed  on October 31, 2025)

 

Sewer Use charges are due & payable November 1, 2025.

Unpaid Sewer Use charges will be considered delinquent after November 30th, 2025. Interest is charged at a rate of 1½% per month dating back to the original due date of November 1, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of C.G.S. Sec 12-146.

Glastonbury offers the following secure, convenient methods for paying your Sewer Use bills:

Online: Visit www.glastonbury-ct.gov/taxpmt to pay your bill, view your balance and more.

Applicable service fees:

ACH payments (electronic checks) for sewer use = $0.95

Debit/Credit Card/Venmo/PayPal payment for sewer use = 2.95% (with $4.95 minimum fee)

Drop Boxes: Deposit check payments only (no cash accepted) at the Drop Boxes at Town Hall – one is located on the left-hand side of the driveway, (past the flagpoles) and the other is on the exterior wall to the right of the main entrance.  Payments are collected Monday-Friday for processing.

United States Postal Service postmarks are honored.  Payments must bear a USPS postmark dated November 30, 2025 or before to be considered on-time.

 

In Person:  Revenue Collection office, 2155 Main Street, M-F 8am – 4:30pmChecks or Cash Only

 

*NOTE: Town Hall will close Thursday & Friday the last week of November, in observation of the holiday. Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure timely payment.

 

Checks which have been returned payments shall be subject to a $15.00 fee.

 

Taxpayers who have not received a bill should contact the Revenue Collection Office at 860-652-7612 or visit our website at www.glastonbury-ct.gov/taxpmt. Failure to receive a bill does not invalidate the charge and respective penalties should the account become delinquent.
