Homeowners Tax Credit Program

The Homeowners Tax Credit Program is available to Glastonbury homeowners who turned 65 on or before 12/31/25 and have an income of $73,800 or less. The deadline to apply is May 15, 2026.

Tax Abatement for Farms

The Town Council may abate up to 50% of the property taxes for certain types of farms. To qualify for an abatement an annual application must be submitted to the Assessor’s Office between April 1^st and May 15^th.
