Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA)
The PRA amends the Affordable Care Act (ACA) by no longer requiring employers and health insurance providers to send tax forms to covered individuals under their health plan. The 1095-B/1095-C tax forms must be only be sent when requested by the covered individual. If a covered individual requests a form, the form must be provided by January 31st, or 30 days after the date of the request, whichever is later. Employers and insurance providers must inform covered individuals of their right to request a form. The employer must post the notice (aka: communication about requesting a copy of the form) on its website by March 3, 2025, and retain the notice in the same location on its website through October 15, 2025.

Transparency in Coverage
This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
