The Camp Director will schedule campers for as many of their first-choice classes as possible. Please keep in mind that it may not be possible to get all first-choice selections. Schedules will be e-mailed to the primary email address in May. Please be sure your email is up to date and correct in your MyRec account! Corrections and/or changes to your child’s schedule cannot be made after Sunday, June 14, 2026. Any request made after this time will be addressed by the Director after the first day of camp.

REQUIRED FORMS: A class selection form and a Camper Information Form is required to be filled out for your child during the registration process. Forms are also available to be filled out early to save time during checkout. CLICK HERE for the Camper Information Form. For class selection forms, please click on the "Class Descriptions" button at the top of this webpage. You can then click on the grade your child will be entering, which will pull up the page with all class descriptions with a link to that specific class selection form. Filling out these forms early does not guarantee a spot in camp and full registration with payment must be completed.

PAYMENT DUE DATES: At the time of registration, a 50% deposit will be due for camp. You are able to pay more than the 50% required if you choose. All final balances are due by Thursday, May 14th

MEDICATION AUTHORIZATION: If your child is in need of medication during camp, please be sure to fill out the Medication Authorization form by Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Forms can be found HERE

Our Camp Nurse is back for another summer! The nurse will not be onsite at camp but will be a resource for our First Aid trained staff and will be checking over all medication paperwork. Campers will not be allowed to be dropped off with medications paperwork that has not been reviewed by the nurse.

REFUND POLICY: To avoid classes being canceled at the last minute due to insufficient enrollment and in order to accommodate waiting lists in a timely fashion, refund requests must be made no later than six (6) business days before the program begins. Refund requests will not be considered after this time unless accompanied by a doctor’s note. All refund requests must be received by Friday, June 12, 2026.

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP: Some classes will require that campers have certain items such as music lesson books, shoes, smocks, etc. In an effort to get this information out to parents earlier than the first day of camp, we will post a list of supplies needed in early June. Teachers will continue to discuss supplies needed on the first day of camp and will not require campers to have them until the 3rd day of camp. If a major item is needed such as an instrument, it will be listed in the class descriptions.

SUMMER CAMP KICKOFF EVENT: Join us on Tuesday, June 17th for our annual Camp Kickoff Event! This year's event will take place on Wednesday, June 17th from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Academy Cafeteria and include staff from all camps to meet parents and campers, answer questions and take paperwork (if needed).  Campers are welcome to make their own ice cream sundaes.
