Yellow Group: Grades 3-4
Blue Group: Grades 5-6
Red Group: Grades 7-9

PAYMENT DUE DATES: At the time of registration a 50% deposit will be due for camp. You are able to pay more than the 50% required if you choose. All final balances are due by Thursday, May 14th.

REQUIRED PAPERWORK: Parents can complete and submit all forms online through MyRec. Custom forms can be completed at the time of registration, or can be filled out early prior to registration.

A Camper Information Form, Parent Permissions Form, and Swimming Abilities Form is required to be completed for every camper. This form is acceptable for the entirety of the summer for all Glastonbury Summer Camps. If any changes need to be made, please do so by going into your Household and editing the custom form. For directions on how to access and edit a custom form, please CLICK HERE. Filling out these forms early does not guarantee a spot in camp and full registration with payment must be completed.

MEDICATION AUTHORIZATION: If your child is in need of medication during camp, please be sure to fill out the Medication Authorization form by Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Forms can be found HERE

Our Camp Nurse is back for another summer! The nurse will not be onsite at camp but will be a resource for our First Aid trained staff and will be checking over all medication paperwork. Campers will not be allowed to be dropped off with medications paperwork that has not been reviewed by the nurse.

REFUND POLICY: To avoid trips being canceled at the last minute due to insufficient enrollment and in order to accommodate waiting lists in a timely fashion, refund requests must be made no later than six (6) business days before the program begins. Refund requests will not be considered after this time unless accompanied by a doctor’s note. All refund requests must be received by Friday, June 12, 2026

WAIVERS: Permission slips are required for the campers to travel by bus to our field trips, which has been signed and agreed to during the registration process. Many of the places that we go to also require their own waivers. All waivers for trips this summer will be completed digitally. To view and sign the waivers, please click on the links below. Please note that all children will need a separate waiver, and all must be completed.
