Active Duty Service Person Motor Vehicle Exemption Application - Exemption for one motor vehicle owned or leased by an active member of the armed forces, including reserves and the Connecticut National Guard.
Additional Veterans Application - Income qualified additional veterans exemption-no age requirement.
Permanently and Totally Disabled Veteran Application - Exempts the dwelling and up to 2 acres of land (capped at the median assessed value of residential real property) or motor vehicle for:
Service members (or their surviving spouses) determined by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to be permanently and totally disabled based on a service-connected disability rating of 100%
Service members with a rating of total disability based on individual unemployability(TDIU)

Servicemembers Civil Relief Act - Motor vehicle exemption for non-resident service member stationed in Connecticut.
Military Spouse's Residency Relief Act - Motor vehicle exemption for spouse of service member stationed in Connecticut.
Veteran Leased Vehicle Refund Application - Motor Vehicle exemption for veterans lease a motor vehicle.
Gold Star Parents and Spouses Exemption Application - Exemption for parent or surviving spouse of a person killed in action.
Ambulance-Type Vehicle Application - Exemption for motor vehicles used exclusively for the purpose of transporting a medically incapacitated individual and has been equipped for purposes of adapting its use to the disability of such person.
Totally Disabled Exemption Application - One-thousand dollar property exemption for persons receiving Social Security disability.
Commercial Truck Exemption Form - A property tax exemption is available for certain commercial trucks, truck tractors, tractors and semi-trailers pursuant to CGS §12-81(74).
Elderly Homeowner Tax Credit Application - Income qualified tax relief for homeowners age 65 and over, and homeowners deemed 100% disabled per SSA. These forms are accepted in the Assessor's office from February 1 - May 15 each year.
