Upcoming Brush Disposal Events 

Saturday Brush Disposal Days will be held at the Transfer Station and Bulky Waste facilities during regular business hours 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM as follows:

2026 Dates:

• April 18

• May 16

• October 17

• November 7

During these events, residents may dispose of BRUSH ONLY without disposal fees. No commercial disposal is allowed. Permits are required and disposal guidelines apply. Other acceptable materials are allowed with associated fees charged.

Leaf /Grass Clipping Disposal - Schedule of Special Hours

The Transfer Station, located on 2340 New London Turnpike, will be open additional hours on SUNDAYS ONLY beginning October 25 and ending November 22, 2026 to provide additional time for residents to drop-off leaves and grass clippings only. 

Operating hours 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Permits required and all existing rules and guidelines apply.

Please note: ONLY leaves and grass clippings will be accepted during these modified hours.
