Unscreened Compost free, available at the Highway Department entrance, 2380 New London Turnpike.

Wood Chips free, available at the Highway Department entrance, 2380 New London Turnpike, at any time. 

Note: Availability of these materials are limited to supply.

          No permit required for purchase/pick up of compost only.
