Copies and certified copies of land records may be obtained online, by mail with payment in advance, or in person (self-service). Please make checks payable to the "Town of Glastonbury".
Title and Public Record Searching/Self-Service Copies
Designated workstations for Town Clerk, Tax, Assessor, and Probate Records are located on the lower level of Town Hall. Town Clerk stations are also available in the Town Clerk's Office.

Glastonbury's system provides 24/7 internet access free of charge to a real-time search of the land record indexes dating back to May 4, 1693. Land Record images are available online through a fee based subscription. Along with the land records, you may also access the indexes for:
