Office of the Chief Executive and Administrative Officer

Responsible for general management of the Town's affairs, including budget preparation and administration, personnel management, grants, and contract administration. Responsible for implementation and management of policies established by Town Council. Provides recommendations to Town Council on all phases of municipal administration and has overall management responsibility for all aspects of municipal government operations.
